Ayurveda
What Is Ayurveda?
Ayurvedic medicine, also known as Ayurveda, is the world’s oldest health science. It remains as one of India’s traditional health care systems. Ayurveda is a journey to create harmony by bringing balance between the body, mind, and consciousness. This is achieved through tailored nutrition, herbs, Ayurvedic yoga practice, pranayama (breathwork), and changes in lifestyle.
Ayurveda brings balance to the three doshas – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Each person has a unique constitution with different ratios of each dosha. This predetermines how we behave emotionally and mentally in our lives.

Why Use Ayurveda Therapy?
Many of us experience physical symptoms caused by stress, high pressure, and the fast-paced living of modern life.
These physical symptoms can include headaches, sleep deprivation, aches, pain, irritability, stomach problems, and a multitude of other symptoms.
Although quick fixes to these problems are very important in our busy lives it is also important to realize the underlying causes and slowly incorporate changes that will bring overall long-term wellness and better health. This is where Ayurveda plays an important role!
