What is Cranial Sacral Therapy?

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a type of noninvasive bodywork that allows for the relief of compression in the bones of the head, sacrum, and spinal column. The goal of this therapy is to alleviate stress and pain.

This is achieved by using gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve any tension due to compression. The gentle pressure and manipulation allows for the cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system to normalize by removing any blockages of normal flow allowing the body to heal.
